This App is provided by Datonics LLC. OVERVIEW
Through the App, you can implement Datonics pixels on your digital properties to collect certain data.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING ALL PRIVACY DISCLOSURES ON YOUR ONLINE PROPERTIES REGARDING SUCH DATA COLLECTION AND USE IN A MANNER THAT COMPLIES WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS.
Such data is then sent to Datonics via an API and matched against data possessed by Datonics.
Reports are then returned by Datonics to you through the App.
Datonics does not retain any personal information collected via the pixels.
WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT THROUGH THIS APP?
The App collects the following types of information via the pixels placed on your digital properties: Cookie ID.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
The pixels do not automatically collect any personal information. The only personal information that may be collected in connection with the App is personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as your contact information.
HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION?
Unless disclosed otherwise at the time of collection and in this policy, we do not share any information with any third party other than our employees and vendors (these companies are not authorized to use your information for any secondary purposes), unless it is necessary to respond to a specific inquiry or request made by you in correspondence with Datonics, or to comply with applicable law. We will never sell your information to any third party without your consent, except in connection with the sale or merger of Datonics, its assets or a division of Datonics or a bankruptcy or reorganization. WHAT TYPES OF SECURITY PROCEDURES ARE IN PLACE?

All information collected by the Datonics system is stored in databases that are stored in a secure data center located in the United States. Both physical and Internet access is strictly protected and limited. Access is granted only to those with authorization. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
DATA RETENTION
Data collected via the pixels are not retained after a report is provided by Datonics back to you through the App.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This App is maintained in the United States of America. By using this App, you authorize the export of any information described in this policy to the USA, and its storage and use as specified in this policy.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we decide to change this privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy policy and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here.
