International Women's Day 2025
On this International Women’s Day, we’re proud to highlight some of the leading women at Datonics. In the tech industry, women are often underrepresented. We’re changing the game by building a team that values different perspectives and fosters an inclusive environment. This balance reflects our commitment to empowering individuals of all backgrounds to contribute, grow, and succeed.
At Datonics, we believe that diversity drives innovation, and our women employees are integral to our success. From leadership positions to software development teams, women at Datonics are shaping the future of technology and data solutions. We’re not just talking about inclusion – we’re living it every day.
Meet some of our leading women.
Yulia Fishelzon, Head of Operations
I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished and how far we’ve come while leading the team here at Datonics. For the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Head of Operations, where I oversee everything from organizing workflows and optimizing resources to leading large-scale multidisciplinary R&D projects. But beyond the tasks and responsibilities, I’m especially proud to be in a leadership role in an industry where women are often underrepresented. Being a woman in tech isn’t always easy, but it’s a journey that has shaped me into a stronger and more determined leader.
At Datonics, what I value most is the supportive and collaborative environment we’ve cultivated. I’m lucky to work with such a talented team where everyone, especially women, is encouraged to thrive. I make it a priority to lead by example, pushing my team to reach new heights, take on challenges with confidence, and believe in their abilities. It’s this atmosphere of support that allows us to achieve great things together.
This International Women’s Day, I’m reminded of how important it is to have women in leadership positions, not just as role models but as active change-makers and key drivers in the tech industry. I’m proud to be a woman leading a diverse team at Datonics, and I’m committed to empowering other women to pursue their passions and succeed. Here’s to more women breaking barriers and making a difference!
Mor Berger, Software Development Team
Nowadays I am a Computer Science student, and I’m incredibly grateful to be part of the team at Datonics. As someone still learning the ropes of programming, Datonics has been a fantastic place for me to grow and contribute to meaningful projects. I feel supported every step of the way, and it’s been an amazing environment for building my skills.
One of the things I truly appreciate about Datonics is the company’s understanding and flexibility. Thanks to this supportive environment, I’ve been able to balance my studies, work, and personal life without feeling overwhelmed. The flexibility to manage my time has been invaluable, allowing me to focus on my growth as a programmer while also having the opportunity to pursue other passions, like volunteering. It’s this kind of support that has made my experience here so rewarding.
At Datonics, I’m fortunate to be in a company that truly believes in empowering women to excel. With every project I take on, I’m encouraged to push boundaries and develop new skills. The opportunity to grow in a collaborative and inclusive environment has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my journey here.
Yana Grigoryeva, Product Delivery Team
As a Product Owner at Datonics, I’m proud to say that my experience here has been nothing short of amazing. Over the past year and a half, I’ve had the privilege of growing both professionally and personally in an environment that truly supports and nurtures its people.
At Datonics, my professional experience encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities that keep me engaged and constantly learning. I am involved in designing future versions of our taxonomy and ensuring that our data structures evolve to meet the needs of our clients, while also actively contributing to maintenance and improvement of our current taxonomy, keeping it relevant and accurate. Moreover, I write articles for the Datonics blog, where I share insights and updates on our innovations and industry trends.
As we celebrate International Women's Day, it is essential to say that I am proud to be a part of a company that values growth, diversity and innovation. Moving from Russia to Israel was a significant step for me, but thanks to the welcoming and supportive atmosphere at Datonics, my transition was much smoother than I could have imagined. Datonics gave me the opportunity to grow in a new country, and I’ve been able to expand my technical skills and take on more complex tasks in the product development process. Here’s to all the women in tech who continue to develop and inspire — let's keep moving forward and lifting each other up!
Shiri Tarablus, Operations Team
I’m proud to be part of the amazing team at Datonics, where I work as an Operations Team Support. In my role, I’ve had the privilege of working at the dynamic intersection of AI, data validation, and taxonomy mapping. My favorite experience was to focus on data validation, identifying and correcting errors within our datasets, and refining them to achieve greater accuracy and reliability.
As my role grew, I started focusing more on making sure our taxonomy fits the specific needs of our clients. By adjusting our taxonomy to align with their goals, I’ve been able to connect raw data to useful business insights, helping create strong connections that drive results. This has not only improved client satisfaction but also made sure the data we provide is more relevant and useful to them.
Recently, my role has expanded to include building and improving audience segments using keyword-based strategies. This approach helps make our data more customized to meet specific needs, playing an important part in boosting our data-driven marketing efforts. By using data to create more targeted audience groups, I’ve helped make our marketing campaigns more effective, ensuring they reach the right people with the right message at the right time. Combining technology with business strategy in this way has been really rewarding and has strengthened my passion for working in the tech industry.
